Officine Tampalini is a new company, founded at the beginning of 2012, but it has long been a point of reference in the metalworking sector in Brescia. It was born from the merger of two companies: Sit-Tampalini and Laser-Tech.
Founded in 1960, Sit-Tampalini has always been a well-established industrial company with extensive experience in stainless steel processing, specializing in the production of cutlery, knives, and pot handles. It has also proven to be the ideal partner for many companies operating in the housewares, furniture, and other industrial sectors requiring stainless steel components.

Close attention to the demands of the stainless-steel products market and the evolution of production techniques led the founders of Sit-Tampalini to introduce flatbed and 3D laser cutting machines in the early 1990s.
The resulting increase in customer demand led to the creation of a new company, Laser-Tech, which initially served customers in Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, but soon expanded its services nationwide—and in recent years, across Europe.

The two companies have now come together under a single name: Officine Tampalini — a brand that represents the ability to invest in research and development, the deep know-how of those with long-standing experience in the sector, and the foresight to anticipate changes and respond promptly to the natural evolution of the market.
2019 marked another major step forward for the company, with the opening of a new, large facility in Villa Carcina, in the province of Brescia. This new production site spans 4,600 square meters and offers a more efficient layout for all departments.
