Three-dimensional laser cutting

Our 3D laser cutting department is equipped with three 5-axis Trumpf machines with 4000W Fiber and CO² sources. We are capable of developing new projects, managing large production runs, and responding quickly to urgent customer needs. We have been building our expertise in 3D laser cutting since 1994, when we installed our first Trumpf system. Ongoing investments allow us to operate with the latest technologies developed by the Trumpf Research and Development Center in Stuttgart.

Latest-generation systems

The key strength of these machines is the dual workstation, which allows the operator to change parts while the machine is running—significantly reducing cycle times. Thanks to CAD-CAM programming, we can generate the NC path directly from the customer’s 3D file, allowing us to meet even the most complex requirements with precision.

Cost reduction

These advanced 3D laser cutting systems can efficiently replace traditional blanking processes, which typically involve high tooling costs and multiple production steps to obtain a finished part. This technique is especially suitable for applications in automotive production lines, where efficiency and precision are critical.

  • Iron: up to 10 mm
  • Stainless steel: up to 8 mm
  • Aluminium: up to 6 mm
  • Brass: up to 3 mm
