We have been working in the field of 3D laser welding since 1994, when our first system was installed. Today, we operate with 5-axis machines equipped with 4000W Trumpf Fiber laser sources. A key strength of these machines is the dual workstation, which allows the operator to load and unload parts while the machine is running—reducing downtime and operating costs. Programming is done via CAD-CAM software, starting from the customer's 3D file, enabling us to accurately handle even the most complex geometries.
